This project utilizes API data from NYC 311 complaints, specifically filtering for issues related to street signs. I created a horizontal bar chart designed to resemble actual street signs, using corresponding colors. Additionally, I implemented interactive features: when users hover over the chart, the effects transform based on the type of complaint.
